A2 Media Question 3

What have you learned from your audience feedback?

In order to construct research from my audience, I decided to show family and friends my final project. In some cases I used web 2.0 to receive feedback, such as twitter and Facebook. the people that the showed were very happy with the product that I have produced. I was extremely happy that my audience took into account the number of angle and shots that I have used. A member of my family said that my project flowed naturally.

Some of the people that I have asked even pointed out their favourite scene in the film. Many of my audience liked the final scene where the camera movement is shaky and I show the twist of the film with the camera shots and angles.

My audience easily identified the genre of my film a 'thriller'. This was extremely good news for myself as that is exactly the genre I was aiming for. I think how i achieved my aim to create a thriller was partly with the sound.

most audience members pointed out that it was the constant eerie sounds that i used thought out my film. A member of my audience said that the sound in my film was essential for my film for it too be classed as a thriller.

However, one person did have some advice to give me. My grandparent said that when i was showing the killers face for the very first time, i should of shown him for less time. Showing the killer for less time would intensify the audience. Overall making my final project more thrilling for the audience.
